The Nex Flow®'s Ring Blade TM Air Wipe produces an even 360 degree blow off around the part, light in weight and compact. Easy to install and maintain and allows removal of a continuous piece. Each Ring Blade® comes with a standard .002″ outlet gap which will work for 90% of all applications encountered.

An adjustable air amplifier can be adjusted by producing the volume of flow and force required for a particular application. We do this by loosening the lock ring and turning the cap until we obtain the desired air gap. And then re-tightening the lock ring.
The material is either lightweight anodized aluminum or stainless steel for high temperatures. This also covers corrosive environments. Special materials can be used for manufacturing an adjustable air amplifier if required.
The adjustable air amplifier is very compact and lightweight. Andis is especially a favorite for many machine builders due to its low cost and flexibility.

Nex Flow Adjustable Air Amplifiers are simple, inexpensive devices with virtually no maintenance. They convey fumes, smoke, and lightweight materials and move a high volume of air for cooling, blowoff, and drying applications.
They use the “Coanda effect,” which entrains a large amount of surrounding air using only a small amount of compressed air. The effect amplifies up to 17 times the airflow (depending on the size) with reduced noise levels.

X-Stream (Fixed) Air Amplifier is die cast for rugged use. Letting you correct the gap by adding shims. Fortunately, we have five sizes available. They provide easy mounting and maintenance, lowering compressed air use and noise levels. Making it quiet can amplify flows up to 16 times their input air consumption rate.
X-Stream (Fixed) Air Amplifier are- simple
- a low-cost way to move air, smoke, fumes, and light materials

They provide a high-velocity flow with a special cooling effect—cooling hot surfaces faster. Making them much faster and more efficient than other sources, such as fans with less noise. Coming in a portable and compact size.
The optimized design utilizes the Coanda effect most efficiently. Thus, minimizing compressed air use and providing the ideal blow-off force required for light blow-off. This design applies to liquid, dust, debris, and the high velocity necessary for the best cooling rate of a high-temperature target.
Also, the zinc-aluminum cast product is rugged for applications in complex environments.
Additionally, a stainless steel shim controls the gap where the compressed air exits for long life. Adding shims opens the hole further, increasing the force for cleaning, drying, and enhancing the cooling rate. Converting the different gaps improves the gas and materials’ movement rate when venting gas and light.
Remember, they come with a mounting hole. This allows easy mounting of the units to your machine. Or any mounting system like the ones available from Nex Flow.

Our Vortex
